The capybara is the largest rodent in the world and can be found around Central and South America. It weighs up to around 35kg and is 1 metre plus long.

Capybaras are sort-of amphibian like as they can be found on both water and land. to ease their swimming , they even have webbed feet!

Fortunately, capybaras are not endangered. In fact, they are the least concern to become extinct in the IUCN Red list.
